We are pleased that you have chosen us as the school for your child. In order to make this the first day of school run school run smoothly we require the following guidelines. School begins 9:00am, It is important to have your child to school on time. If you are planning to spend some time with your child in the classroom, we ask that you arrive 15 - 30 minutes before the class starts so that you will be able to stay wit your child for a short time. You are welcome to stay if you feel this is necessary. You may also call the school throughout the day to check on your child. Our teachers and staff are aware that some children experience separation anxiety and we will do our best to make your child feel comfortable and safe. Class hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Day care is available for $4.00 per hour or an unlimited use of hours for $125 per month. The school opens at 7:15am and closes promptly at 6:30pm. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will apply if parents are late picking up their children.Hot lunches are also available for $3.00 per day. Hot lunches need to be ordered and paid for each day or in advance. The school needs to have lunch orders by 10:00am. All tuition payments are due on the first of each month. The school will allow a five day grace period to pay the bill, however bills that are not paid by the 5th of the month will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee. Credits cards are accepted ( Visa and Master card. ) A 3% service fee is applied when using a credit card.Additional charges will include a yearly insurance fee of $50.00 and a one time $20.00 earthquake supply fee. All 4125.00 deposits will credit onto your June payment only, provided there are no outstanding day care charges, Registrations are MANDATORY and NON-REFUNDABLE. When withdrawing from school, the school requires a 30 written notice. If a 30 day written notice is not given, parents will be responsible for the tuition for the entire month. No exception will be made.The school will close for all legal holidays. There will be no credit on tuition for vacation and sick days missed from school. If you need to take a leave of absence during the school year Sept - June, your deposit of $125 will be forfeited. NO SICK CHILDREN WILL BE ACCEPTED AT SCHOOL. If a child gets sick at school the child will be sent home. Children should be kept home for a 24 hour symptom fee day before returning to school.Please make sure the school has received all proper enrollment papers necessary for your child's file. This must include a copy of your child's immunization record. All items belonging to your child should be clearly marked with their name. ( Lunch box, sweaters, jackets etc. ) Please read through all the materials and then sign below.
